An Ode to Pluto

Pluto, I am at home in your depths, born of your mystery.

Spring dawns in my heart from your dark medicine, making the soil pure and pungent.

Though I don't know it yet, flowers will bloom here and make gardens of me.

Humanity is the gift of broadest permission.

We become. Everything. And that is our destiny.

To love everything we become until everything we become is Love.

A mirror of most grand proportions, humility a happy byproduct of your gaze.

A tool of recognition to peer into the places forgotten by the sun.

There is nothing outside your reach.

Come kicking and screaming - we all belong here. Shadow to shine.

I am still learning to say thank you.
